Budoor Kamal has 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship and development projects. In her current role at Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), she is a Manager within the Development Services Division. Her role and involvement at BDB includes coaching, mentorship, start-up seed funding through Seed Fuel-Rowad, entrepreneurial related events, and entrepreneur development. 

She has been involved in the development of several projects, namely her role in the conceptualization of Bahrain’s Export Development Center, Rukn - the ICT incubator, Technopreneur Bahrain - an initiative in partnership with the Information & e-Government Authority, elements of BDB’s Rowad Program, a holistic entrepreneur support platform, and special schemes related to innovation and feasibility studies.

She has started her professional career at BDB and holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Information Systems both from Brunel University, UK. She is also a Certified Business Coach and Mentor, from the Chartered Management Institute, UK.
